Education Benefits:
KTE will reimburse 50% of all completed courses during the normal course of employment. In order to be reimbursed, the employee must have received at least a "B" for each course taken. Any course under a "B" is not reimbursable by KTE. KTE asks that you provide transcripts and receipts for our companey records to support all educational claims.

Vacation:
80 Hours - 2 weeks - Year 1 - No roll over
120 Hours - 3 weeks - Year 2 - No roll over
160 Hours - 4 weeks - Year 5 - No roll over
200 Hours - 5 weeks - Year 16 through 30 - No roll over
